- Provide timely and effective support to customers using Cars X software, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer concerns.
- Communicate with customers via email, phone, or chat to provide assistance and guidance in using the software.
- Document and track customer interactions, including issues reported and resolutions provided, using a CRM system.
- Collaborate with the product development team to escalate and prioritize technical issues, and advocate for customer needs and feedback.
- Required skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to empathize with customers and remain patient under pressure, technical aptitude to understand software functionality and troubleshoot issues, and attention to detail.
